Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) mean there are new options available to Paragon Care Limited shareholders as to how you receive communications from Paragon Care Limited.

Paragon Care Limited will no longer be sending physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted.

Shareholder Communications

Paragon Care Limited will no longer be sending physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted.

Paragon Care Limited encourages all shareholders to provide an email address so we can communicate with you electronically when shareholder notices become available online, for items such as meeting documents and annual reports.

Shareholders can still elect to receive some or all of their communications in physical or electronic form, or elect not to receive certain documents such as annual reports.

Review Your Communications Preferences

To review your communications preferences, or sign up to receive your shareholder communications via email, please update your details at https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au.

You will need your portfolio log in details or your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) and select the Communications tab at the top of the page.

Receiving Shareholder Communications Electronically

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will help us minimise paper usage.

If you haven’t already made the switch to paperless communications, you can do so by visiting Link Market Service Limited’s Investor Centre, login to your portfolio, and following the prompts.

Setting Up Your Communication Preferences

You can make an election on how you would like to receive certain documents including Annual & Sustainability Reports and documents related to members’ meetings (for example, notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:

  1. You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
  2. You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
  3. You can tell us if you do not want to receive a hard-copy of the Annual & Sustainability Report. You will still be able to access and read our Annual & Sustainability Report when it is published on our website and the ASX platform.

Investing in Paragon Care

All queries about your shareholding should be directed to the share registry or your broker.

This includes queries on dividend statements and change of address.
